*Online visa application form with signature. *Working permit issued by Council of Labor Affairs or concerned Ministry.

Business Visa

3. Submission Submit the signed Visa form with other required documents to the TECC Required documents:

*Online visa application form with signature. *Taiwan’s invitor’s invitation.(stating the purpose and applicant’s name and other detail) *Indian Company cover letter mentioning purpose of visit, designation of the visitor, and the intended duration and days of stay (if applicants require multiple-entry visa, tentative traveling date should be mentioned). *Indian Company’s registration and certificate issued by the India government. *Indian Company’s bank statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp and ITR for 1 year. *Proof of Transaction, e.g. LC/remittance receipts/business correspondence between trading parties, if any. *Applicant’s personal salary account statement for 3 months with Original bank stamp. *Applicant’s ITR or Form 16 for 1 year (either one of the documents) *2 passport size photos(white background, showing 60% face) *Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy *Kotak Bank payment slip *Confirm round trip ticket and hotel booking

INVITER'S PERSONAL ID, TAIWAN COMPANY'S REGISTRATION AND "Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application" ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER.

The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.

Submission Submit the signed Visa form with other required documents to the TECC Required documents *Visa Request Letter with detailed itinerary. *Confirmed round trip ticket, Confirmed hotel booking record *NOC letter from the employer, or from the parents if the applicant is under age of 18) *2 Photos( passport size, white background, 60% face) *Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy *Kotak Bank payment slip *Personal financial proof *Form 16 or ITR for 1 year *personal salary account statement for 3 months with bank stamp *Other documents related to the tour such as conference invitation or Exhibition registration.

Visa Exemption Treatment for Indian Passport holders

With a valid visa or an expired visa less than 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan or permanent resident certificate which issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any of the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, the United States, or possesses an entry visa or resident card issued by the ROC at any point in the past 10 years, are eligible to apply online for an ROC Travel Authorization Certificate. Student Visa for pursuing bachelor, master or PhD degree

The Applicants should pay the VISA fees in cash only.

Submission Submit the signed Visa form with other required documents to the TECC Required documents Visa Request Letter from applicant, stating the study plan (duration, type of degree) 2 Passport size Photos(60% face, 3.5 cm*4.5 cm) Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy Kotak Bank payment slip Acceptance letter from the University in Taiwan Authenticated health certificate in 3 months validity (Not required for short term Internship or research ) Original and one photocopy of proof of financial support (personal/parents's ITR and Bank statement) Photocopies of highest degree and transcript attested by the MEA and TECC, and the Original one should submit at the counter for reference. (The degree and transcript check is Not required for short term Internship or research ) The Provisional certificate holder only : Please make an acknowledgement letter stating that that you are aware of you are not getting residence visa, and will submit the original one to the concerned authority in Taiwan within 180 Days after arrival for applying residence visa in Taiwan.

**For Provisional certificate and transcript holder: According to the regulation of Education Ministry of Republic of China, foreign student should submit “Original Certificate and transcript” for acceptance. Therefore, the Original Certificate and Transcript are the mandatory documents for applying Student Visa. If the applicant can not provide the documents mentioned, TECC will issue a Student Visa for 60 days to the Provisional certificate and transcript holder which is extensible in Taiwan only twice.

Once the Provisional certificate and transcript holder completed his/ her “Original Certificate and transcript” attestation procedure from TECC, the students can convert their visitor visa into Resident Visa in Taiwan.

****The student who is holding Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh passport: The visa for the above mentioned passport holder should prepare the visa guarantee letter provided by the inviter in Taiwan.

TECC will provide a visa number to applicant, and the number should be informed to the inviter in Taiwan. Whenever the inviter receive the visa number, the original guarantee letter should be submit to Bureau of Consular of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BOCA) in Taiwan. The submission process please check http://www.boca.gov.tw/np.asp?ctNode=674&mp=1 The visa will be issued after BOCA verify the case and inform TECC. The guarantee process will take at least 7 working days. The extra amount of visa fee of 1150 INR should be paid by Kotak Bank payment slip

Dependent Visa of Foreigner's Spouse and Children

(Regarding the attestation process, please check “Documentation” service on our website) **Attestation of English Version Relation proof issued by the India or the original nations, such as marriage certificate (for spouse) or birth certificate (for children)

**Attestation of Health check in 3 months validity(Please download “Health Certificate for Residence Application Form ” from our website: https://www.roc-taiwan.org/in_en/cat/17.html , follow all the required items, and request the hospital to confirm and endorse).

The mentioned documents should be attested by MEA (India) or other foreign embassies (including Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Nepal only) in India first and request TECC’s attestation.

The employment duration should be more than 6 months. * photocopy of attested relation proof. * photocopy of attested Health Certificate for Residence Application * photocopy of the spouse or parent who has ARC or Work permit in Taiwan. *2 passport size photos(white background, showing 60% face) *Passport original (valid more than 6 months) and photocopy *Kotak Bank payment slip

4. TECC will refer the visa application to INVESTMENT

COMMISSION, MOEA, which is the competent authority for

verification of the application. INVESTMENT COMMISSION

will inform TECC the verification result. TECC will then issue

the visa accordingly. It will take at least 7 weeks for visa

verification. TECC will inform the applicant if the visa is issued

or not. Visa fee and the passport original will only be entertained

if the visa issuance confirmed.

Student Visa for Internship
